The device has two temperature settings that can be used for an enormous number of applications. With the lower temperature setting (350 C / 662 F), frozen pipes can be thawed slowly, freezers can be defrosted and many additional hot air applications can be implemented. With the higher temperature setting (550 C / 1022 F)), varnish can be removed from furniture and both rusted nuts and bolts can be loosened. Plastic pipes can also be shaped for plumbing work, to name only a few possible applications. The heat gun must be connected to a household socket and turned on. Then, simply select the desired temperature for your specific application.
